If someone tells you that prosperity is some kind of special reward for hard work or religious observances, you might offer them the door. The Universe/God doesnt want us to know hunger and lack any more than it wants us to grow feathers.

It may seem rude and evil to think that the Universal Spirit obeys our commands but give it some thought. What if it was true? Could it be said that the condition of your present life reflects the conditions of your thoughts? Not till recently have researchers found that our subconscious is where all the creative action is and it is rotten with old, negative programming, most of which does not serve us well.

If there is scarcity in any part of your life, you have invited it in. The tragedy is that most of us don’t realize that we do this unconsciously.

Why do we feel so unfulfilled in a society oozing abundance? Is there really anything to this New Age stuff? If so, who ordered the wars and other horrors we see on the evening news?

Perhaps you feel you have succeeded greatly in life. Perhaps you view yourself as a failure. No matter. You still feel like the hole in the doughnut. Why does it feel that true freedom has eluded you?

Yes, you are not alone. Most people would give a lot to be in someone elses shoes. The grass truly does seem greener.

For the first time in history, these new ways of thinking are spreading quickly. It can all begin with a simple what if? From that little question, great mansions of new ideas can begin to grow in your mind. Soon, you see proofs of it in your life and belief turns to faith in the process.

Why do some days just seem to turn to muck? We want this and that to happen but its almost as if something inside of us is ordering the exact opposite of what we want just to be ornery. This is not far from the truth. We consciously want something to happen but a dark side of us says no and brings in the opposite of what we want.

If you observe closely, you will see that your thoughts attract things like them like moths attracted to a bright light. This occurs every time. It is a rule of nature.

The new age of business seems to be upon us. Prosperity seems to be defined by how much junk we can accumulate. Profit at all costs was the order of the day. Enron, Iraq and famines. The list of calamities seems endless. Now, most investments, the result of long, grinding hours of working and saving are worth a fraction of what they were a year ago.

True prosperity is not valued in dollars and cents. It is in knowing how the universe creates through us. Once you know how this works, the sky is truly the limit.
